Welcome to this course on how to improve the interest and effectiveness of your meetings. If you are managing people than meetings are the equal to practice or games for a professional athlete. They are the tool we use to align our team and help them reach the goals that our organization has. So why not learn to use them to the best of your ability. In this brief course we will discuss ideas on meetings that have been used by experts around the world and also ourselves with our clients. The ideas work! Take the time to absorb them and then implement them with your team.

First, measure where your team is at right now by taking our quick meetings quiz. Then, watch the opening lecture video. Review the different lectures as often as you need to help you internalize the ideas and then begin implementing the techniques into your meetings and start helping your people be the best they can be.
